**IG REPORT EXPECTED TOMORROW AT NOON, STAFFER REVIEWS AT 1, THE PUBLIC AT 3

4:05 PM ET – Sara Carter, Fox News Contributor and Investigative Reporter and David Schoen, Civil Liberties Attorney, discuss the IG report expected tomorrow, an odd birthday gift for the President, after months of slow walking. The President is expected to get a briefing on the report and the those found guilty within it, prior to its release.

Republican Rep. Pete King of New York said he believes the forthcoming report from the Justice Department’s internal watchdog will show “devastatingly” the missteps from former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

“The [inspector general] report, I think it’s going to show devastatingly, it will show improprieties here by Director Comey and the way he proceeded, and also Andrew McCabe, at the very least, plus the two love birds,” King told Fox News on Tuesday.

The “two love birds” King referenced are FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who were engaged in an extramarital affair and were found to have exchanged derogatory messages about President Trump before the 2016 election.

Page resigned from her post at the bureau last month. (h/t Washington Examiner)

4:35 PM ET – Newt Gingrich, Former Speaker of the House and author of yet another NY Times’ bestseller, Trump’s America: The Truth about Our Nation’s Great Comeback, and on Monday, June 18th at the Barnes & Noble in Ashburn, VA the Speaker will be signing books and meeting people in the area at 7pm. He is back today to talk about the IG Report tomorrow, the hatred of the left and their inability to acknowledge what happened yesterday in Singapore. Finally, what does the former Speaker of the House feel about Rod Rosenstein’s behavior towards congressional lawmakers?

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein threatened to “subpoena” emails, phone records and other documents from lawmakers and staff on a Republican-led House committee during a tense meeting earlier this year, according to emails reviewed by Fox News documenting the encounter and reflecting what aides described as a “personal attack.”

The emails memorialized a January 2018 closed-door meeting involving senior FBI and Justice Department officials as well as members of the House Intelligence Committee. The account claimed Rosenstein threatened to turn the tables on the committee’s inquiries regarding the Russia probe.

“The DAG [Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein] criticized the Committee for sending our requests in writing and was further critical of the Committee’s request to have DOJ/FBI do the same when responding,” the committee’s then-senior counsel for counterterrorism Kash Patel wrote to the House Office of General Counsel. “Going so far as to say that if the Committee likes being litigators, then ‘we [DOJ] too [are] litigators, and we will subpoena your records and your emails,’ referring to HPSCI [House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence] and Congress overall.” (h/t Fox News)

5:05 PM ET – Daniel Hoffman, Fox News Contributor, and a 30 year CIA Operations Officer discusses the global impacts of the North Korea summit held here yesterday in Singapore.
