4:05 PM ET – Carrie Severino, Chief Counsel and Policy Director, Judicial Crisis Network, and Gregg Jarrett, Fox News Legal Analyst and Author of the Russia Hoax, is here to discuss the charges brought against Michael Avenatti. Avenatti who has represented women in their charges against the President and Brett Kavanaugh, expected a full court press to support him where he asked those same people to convict Kavanaugh and Trump immediately. The will also discuss the judge’s ruling in the Acosta case, the Florida recount, and the migrant caravan status.

Avenatti was booked Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of domestic violence, the Los Angeles Police Department said.  He denied the allegations, telling reporters, “I have never struck a woman. I never will strike a woman. I have been an advocate for women’s rights my entire career and I’m gonna continue to be an advocate. I am not going to be intimidated from stopping what I am doing.”

In a statement issued through his law firm, he slammed the allegation as “completely bogus” and intended to harm his reputation.

Referencing the arrest at the Oxford event, Daniels said “that right now they are just allegations, and I’m going to reserve judgment and I hope that everyone does, because, trust me, I know what it feels like to be on the other end of that. Until all the details are discovered. As a matter of fact, some of the stuff that was already on TMZ has turned out to be completely false.”

TMZ first reported Avenatti’s arrest and initially said the alleged incident involved Avenatti’s estranged wife, Lisa Storie-Avenatti. However, her attorneys issued a statement denying she was involved, and TMZ issued a correction. “This article is not true as it pertains to my client. Ms. Storie-Avenatti was not subject to any such incident.” Avenatti and his wife filed for divorce in 2017.

5:05 PM ET – RNC Spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany, author of  The New American Revolution: The Making of a Populist Movement and Jeffrey Lord, Former associate political director in the Reagan administration, columnist and author of the book What America Needs: The Case for Trump, discuss the reinstatement of Acosta’s press credentials. Is it time for the White House to do away with the White House press corps?

Still, Garrett said he has enough respect for the office of the president — whoever is serving — to obey the commander-in-chief.
He recalled a recent story when he thought Trump called him and he began asking his question, only to have Trump tell him to stop talking because he had called on someone else. Garrett obliged and passed the mic.
“Some of my colleagues might say, what did you do that for? You had the microphone, you have a voice, you can speak?” Garrett said. “The president of the United States said not you. To my way of thinking, that’s enough. The president said I didn’t call on you, I called on somebody else. Alright then. … That’s how I orient myself to the institution. I respect the institution and the country’s choice.” (H/T Newsmax)

5:30 PM ET – Trisha Hope, author of Just the Tweets: President Donald J. Trump’s Historic Collection of Tweets Volume I.”

Trisha Hope told Houston NBC affiliate KPRC that she got the idea last year from friends and family who aren’t on Twitter. Hope calls herself an avid Trump supporter, and the book is just what it is — “It’s just his tweets.”
“I had a lot of friends and family reach out to me about his tweets because they’re not on Twitter. And they always asked, ‘What did he tweet today? What’s going on?'” Hope explained. “I hope to get people to read it and understand and watch and reflect what he said when he said it and then how things evolve.”
