4:05PM ET – Sara Carter, Fox News Contributor and Investigative Journalist has churned out yet another bombshell discovery. Looks like Weissman, a man known for underhanded dealings that are anything but fair, was having meetings about Manafort with members of the media. That same media outlet, the Associated Press, then prints a story exposing intimate details of the case and Manafort’s financial records:

A senior Justice Department prosecutor in Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel office held a meeting with Associated Press journalists last spring to discuss an investigation into Paul Manafort’s financial record, a day before the wire service published a major expose disclosing alleged money laundering made by the former and now embattled Trump campaign chairman.

Federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann, now a senior attorney in the special counsel’s office, met with AP journalists on April 11 after reporters informed him of their own investigation into Manafort’s dealings with Ukrainian officials. The reporters had reached out to Weissman on a different story earlier in the year and it was during that conversation, that the AP team told Weissmann of their investigation into Manafort, stated the sources. The AP published the explosive expose on April 12, a day after their meeting with Weissmann.

According to sources familiar with the meeting, the reporters had promised to share documents and other information gleaned from the own investigation with the Justice Department.

4:30PM ET – Juanita Broaddrick, has penned a new book “You’d Better Put Some Ice on That.” The book details the harrowing experience she suffered at the hands of the former Governor Arkansas and President of the United States. In the midst of the #metoo movement, where celebrities pat each other on the back for wearing black at the Golden Globes, despite the women they denied a voice two years ago when they tried to speak out; Juanita’s book sheds light on a movement that has been too selective in its decision on who to stand up for, and when. From her press release:

Juanita Broaddrick has released a new book detailing her rape at the hands of Bill Clinton and other details of her life. The Arkansas grandmother says that in 1978, then Arkansas Attorney General Bill Clinton attacked her in a hotel room in Little Rock.

She further states that shortly after the rape, she was approached by Hillary Rodham Clinton, who made statements she perceived to be threats to keep quiet.

Broaddrick partnered with Nick Lulli, an award-winning investigative journalist, to release the new book, entitled You’d Better Put Some Ice On That. The title is a reference to what Clinton said to Broaddrick after he raped and battered her, leaving her lip swollen and bloodied.

“It was a no-brainer for me to help her tell the story,” says Lulli. “I have interviewed thousands of people in my life and when you talk to Juanita, you know she’s telling the truth.

5:05PM ET – Ed Henry, Fox News Chief National Correspondent and author of “42 Faith: The Rest of the Jackie Robinson Story,” joins us with an update on the latest from Washington D.C.

Also joining the segment is Joe Concha- Media Reporter for The Hill and Ari Fleischer, former WH Press Secretary are here to unpack and discuss the conversations surrounding the closed-door meeting the President had last night.

5:30PM ET – Katie Hopkins, The Gobby One of the Daily Mail UK, wishes us a Happy New Year, and has a keen insight into what happens to a nation when immigration is not monitored and controlled to the letter of the law. What does she think about the roundtable discussion the President had with our government trying a new tactic called transparency? Lastly, what is the feeling in Great Britain about our President? Rumors are swirling after President Trump canceled his upcoming visit to our neighbor across the pond.

DONALD Trump has reportedly canceled next month’s visit to UK just days after Theresa May scolded him over retweeting Britain First.

The US President was due to make his first trip to Britain since being elected last year, however, it’s understood Government officials were told he’s now changed his mind. (h/t The Sun)
