STAY TUNED: Trump Says DEMOCRAT FISA MEMO Coming 'Soon'

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.09.18

President Trump announced Friday his plans to declassify and publicly release the Democratic ‘rebuttal’ memo to the House Intelligence Committee’s bombshell FISA document; telling reporters he plans on “releasing a letter soon.”

The President was speaking with journalists at the White House when he was asked whether his administration planned on releasing the Democrats official response to Rep. Devin Nunes’ explosive four-page document.

“It’s going to be released soon. We’re going to be releasing a letter soon,” Trump told reporters.
House Democrats claim their new memo directly refutes controversial claims made in the Nunes document, which showed widespread corruption and blatant anti-Trump biases throughout the Department of Justice and the FBI.

“He met with the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein within the last hour to discuss some of the differences between the two memos,” White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters earlier this week.

“When it’s completed, the President will be given a thorough briefing on the findings of the different organizations and stakeholders that are involved, and will make a determination at that time,” she added.

The House Intelligence Committee released its bombshell FISA memo Friday afternoon, outlining widespread abuse and anti-Trump bias throughout the FBI and the Department of Justice.

The four-page document shows senior FBI agents and Department of Justice officials used the Clinton-financed ‘Trump Dossier’ as the cornerstone of FISA court orders that allowed them to spy on “at least one” senior Trump associate in the run-up to the 2016 presidential campaign.

After days of Democratic opposition and the bureau’s “grave concerns” over releasing the explosive document, President Trump de-classified the material Friday morning, sending it back to the House Intelligence Committee for its release to the American public.

ARMAGEDDON AGAIN: Pelosi Warns of a ‘CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS’ Over FISA Memo

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.02.18

Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi continued her all-out war against the House Intelligence Committee and President Trump Friday afternoon, telling reporters the President will spark a “constitutional crisis” should he use the recently released FISA memo to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Pelosi addressed reporters just hours after Congressional leaders publicly disclosed the four-page document; showing the debunked ‘Trump Dossier’ was used by the FBI and DOJ to secure FISA warrants to spy on “at least one” senior Trump aide.

“With the memo… [Trump] has abdicated his responsibilities as Commander-in Chief to protect the American people by protecting our intelligence sources and the rest,” Pelosi told CBS News.

“If the President uses this fake, horrible release of distorted intelligence as an excuse to fire [Deputy Attorney General Rod] Rosenstein or [special counsel Robert] Mueller, it could lead to a constitutional crisis.”

The House Minority Leader’s fiery rhetoric comes on the heels of her official statement regarding the memo, where she bizarrely referred to the de-classified material as a “bouquet” from President Trump to Vladimir Putin.
