Despite months of negative attacks from the mainstream media and Democrats, President Trump’s approval rating rose to 51% among likely voters this week; a sharp rebuke to liberal legislators following a brutal confirmation battle surrounding Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
According to Rasmussen Reports, 51% of Americans approve of the Presidents job performance with 48% disapproving.
The data shows 38% “strongly approve” of Trump with 39% “strongly disapproving.”
“This is Trump’s highest Presidential Approval Index rating since early March of last year, shortly after he first took office,” writes Rasmussen.
Likely voters -particularly Republicans- are energized by Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation process; pushing back against efforts by Democrats to “delay” the hearings until after the pivotal 2018 midterm elections.

HANNITY: President Trump is ON FIRE This Week, Approval SOARS
Speaking during his opening monologue on ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night, Sean weighed-in on President Trump’s bold decision to deploy the National Guard to the southern border; saying the President was “taking action” after Congressional leaders refused “to lift a finger.”
“President Trump is on a complete tear by continuing to keep his promises and enact the agenda that the American people voted for in November 2016. The DHS Secretary made a major announcement about President Trump’s plan to secure the southern border,” said Hannity.
“President Trump has signed the proclamation to send the National Guard to the southern border,” he added. “The President deserves a lot of credit. If Congress isn’t going to lift a finger to solve the problem, then he’s going to take the steps as Commander-in-Chief and do it on his own.”
“The liberal media won’t be telling you that, they’ll be busy orchestrating an onslaught of any negative story they could find; obsessing over Stormy Daniels and Russia,” said Sean.

“In April 2018, Sadiq Khan was still ahead among those aged 50-64, working class Londoners, those living in outer London and white voters. He’s now behind among all of these groups,” said a professor of politics at Queen Mary University.
“When we first started polling, he was one of the most popular politicians in Britain. Such was his cross-party support, he even had net positive support from Conservative voters. Those days are long gone,” he added.
