TRUMP TRAIN: Israel Seeks to Name WESTERN WALL Station After President Trump

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.02.18

The Mayor of Jerusalem announced his support for naming a major Israeli train station in honor of President Trump this week; commending the Commander-in-Chief and his administration for officially recognizing the holy city as the “eternal capital” of the Jewish People.

Mayor Nir Barkat was speaking with MSNBC when he was asked to comment on news reports that surfaced last year, suggesting Israel would name a prominent rail hub near the Western Wall after Trump following his decision to relocate the US embassy.

“There was a news report late last year that the train station near the Western Wall was going to be named after Donald Trump. Is that actually happening?” asked the left-leaning news outlet.

“It’s too early, but we would like to recognize President Trump, and commend him and thank him for what he’s done,” said Barkat. “For the fact that he’s moving the embassy, and the deep recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish people.”

“We will seriously consider it, it’s a process, but we’ll seriously consider this,” he added.

BOILING POINT: Syria Threatens ISRAEL with ‘Surprise’ Attacks

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.13.18

Bashar al-Assad’s brutal regime issued a direct threat to Israel on Tuesday, warning the region’s only democracy of “more surprises” should their air force continue to operate over Syrian territory, reports Reuters.

The threat comes just days after the Syrian military -armed with equipment from Iran- shot down an Israel F16 fighter jet; prompting a fierce response from the Israeli military which immediately destroyed the anti-air battery.

“Have full confidence the aggressor will be greatly surprised because it thought this war – this war of attrition Syria has been exposed to for years – had made it incapable of confronting attacks,” said Assistant Foreign Minister Ayman Sussan.

“God willing, they will see more surprises whenever they try to attack Syria,” he added.

Syria’s direct threat follows Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s tough talk towards both the Iranian and Syrian regime; saying, “We will continue to harm anyone who tries to harm us. This was our policy and this will remain our policy.”

CHRISTMAS CANCELED: Nazareth BANS CHRISTMAS After Trump’s Jerusalem Remarks

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.14.17

The northern Israeli town of Nazareth has canceled their annual Christmas festivities for 2017, saying the Muslim-majority village “cannot be bargained with” and claiming “Trump’s decision” on Jerusalem has “taken the joy” out of the season.

According to Fox News, Nazareth’s mayor, Ali Salam, slammed the President’s recent decision to officially recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, saying all festivities –including the famed Christmas flea market- will not be taking place.

“Our identity and faith cannot be bargained,” Salam, a Muslim, said. “[Trump’s] decision has taken away the joy of the holiday and we will cancel the festivities this year.”

President Trump made history earlier this month when he upended nearly two decades of empty promises and announced the US embassy in Tel Aviv will be moved to Jerusalem. Previous presidents have vowed to finally relocate the US ambassador, but have authorized a waiver delaying the decision.

The decision was met with demonstrations and protests throughout the Muslim world, with Hamas calling for a “day of rage” over the historic decision.
